Small minded company with a huge gap between what the leader preaches and what is happening in reality --> Hypocrisy Toxic culture created by a heavy senior management structure The company invests a lost of resources in its image, but not nearly as much in the development of its employees or their wellbeing High turnover Lots of employees in burnout leave with no action plan from HR or the senior leadership to address the root causes
