The parents and their children are desperately failed by a school board that has handed all control over to the unaccountable and non-elected HR director. The idiocy that is the HR department runs the show while the Superintendent hides in his office and plays with his social media account, writing flowery script about his 'heart going out to you' and similar garbage. Never, ever will you experience a work force that has completely lost touch with why they are there and who thus, function in a constant state of fear.
