I worked for Microsoft Canada in sales for 3 years. No training to speak of, out of box thinking is despised, status quo is enforced, scapegoating is rampant, you live and die on next months numbers. The pay is competitive, the culture fine, the free chocolate milk wonderful but the narrow path you are expected to take without being shown the way will defeather eagle sales people.
