  • This is one of the worse, if not the worse company I have ever been associated with. Very unorganized, poor business ethics, lack of communications with customers and employees, the sales manager has zero respect from customers and employees. They have huge turnover, lose customers continuously. The sales manager never delivers what he promises and his management team is a hugh joke. You need to review your pay regularly, as they will try and short pay you, sometimes you won't see your pay, they do everything they can to use you, your vehicle, any office essentials like paper, ink, phones etc...Their pay is $16.00 a week which is poverty level, they tell you you can work 12 to 15 hours a week, which is BS, they will drop new customers on you and before you know it you are working 30 to 40 hours a week at min. wage. Problem is most people take on this part time position as an add on supplement to other products lines they represent, and these lines could suffer when the unethical MCA management add additional work. Their largest customer has told me they have zero use for the sales manager, as he is full of himself, has little man's syndrome and you can't believe a word that comes out of his mouth. For example of their thieving antics, they started out with 46 cents a km, then went to 36, now 33 cents, they continue to nickel and dime contractors, where and when they can. If you have no self respect, this job is for you, like the management you're probably uneducated and plain stupid, if you plan to work for a place like this, after reading this review, please check Indeed and Glassdoor reviews and don't make the mistake and work for scum.
