I worked at this company for 13 years at 2 different plants. First as a machine operator for about 7 years and the rest as a Maintenance Buyer. Was not an enjoyable experience working there. Management was always asking their Buyers to "borrow" parts from other plants because they were TOO CHEAP to buy their own. And when you were able to buy what was needed, you could only buy one, even though you would need the same part that same week! So annoying, they are a joke. Stress levels there were always high, and the pay was low. Just a terrible place to work, I would never recommend anyone apply there. Ironically, they are always hiring, mainly because the staff retention rate there is not very good.
