  • I worked here as a white collar person at their corporate facility. The work culture is old school of the 60's era, growth is for those who lick asses, your performance reviews mean nothing if you dont lick ass as it means nothing to them. The top management only thinks about cost cutting and leaves out essence needed for a company to be considered great.
    Promotions are given to favorites, racial bias is so eminent, managers/ supervisors openly brag to immigrants they are against you guys to be in Canada.

    They pay least attention to immigrants growth and advancements, all attention is paid to whites for growth opportunities and rampantly encouraged t take courses and progress.
    Leave is below the Ontario average of three weeks. only two weeks is offered until you rust in the company for 5 years to earn an extra week.

    work style: you are not expected to take breaks for tea/ smoke, if you do you are told on the face you are not entitled, although Labor board of Canada states clearly 15 minutes break each in morning and afternoon is to be given. No one says anything as they just care to save jobs. government is a silent spectator as they care of employment bad or good doesn't matter to them.

    They hire you for one job and expect you to do 4 different jobs without complaining. For the elite favorite class they allow seamless work from home, very relaxed working hours, untold vacations, training at their choice, choice of projects to name it...
