I have worked for linamar for 12 years. Let me give you the reader some advice. Don't come here if you have a family that you want to spend time with. Use this company for short term employment only! Come get on your feet and then leave. Seniority is not recognized here. They will give you the "shaft" at any time. This company hires lots of non Canadians because the can push them around because they don't know their rights under the charter of rights and freedoms. I have seen how they treat people so please stay away from here!
