  • 10+ years Sask operation. I'll keep this short.
    Sounds crazy but all the negative reviews are actually true because I've experienced them and the stupidness. The last reorg was basically done to hire more useless middle management to cover unionized workers if there was a strike (waste of money). This place is so poorly ran that I can only suggest that there is an active effort to seek out certain employees to layoff or make leave(that is a good indicator that this is not the place anyone should want to build a career at).

    Terrible facility (no main bathroom fan)
    Terrible management (terror tactics, no direction, poor leadership)
    Inflated middle management structure.
    Very low employee morale.

    The end is near as IT is a very small world Mr CEO....get kicked out of any more accounts and you'll be going back to making cabinets.
