Working at ISM used to be something you were proud of and then the new C-level management arrived 4 years ago. They are stuck in the 80s. They are secretive, make fun of others, are super cliquey, and lie to your face before they stab you in the back. If you are contracted off site then you are one of the lucky because working on-site is depressing and demoralizing. It's not a happy place to be as you wait to see if you're next to get axed. In the last year and a half over 100 people have been let go to pay for the mistakes that management, throwing hundreds of thousands into a black hole of debt.
