I had the unfortunate experience of working for ISM for many years from the beginning of ISM BC. In the beginning there were a lot of promises made regarding old work and new contracts. What they failed to mention was this was essentially signing on to work for the Ferengi Alliance. PROFITS above all else!!!! Employees are just cannon fodder to be used up and discarded as required to keep the investors happy. The management does not value the employees but seem to despise them as the source of their problems. ISM may stil have a recruiting bonus in place for employees if they can get someone skilled to join ISM but I would not in good conscience recommend anyone join this outfit.
