I worked for SD tmp but would love to know what was said as I always thought SD was considred bad by upper mgmt

Considering what was overheard at one of the recent meetings between a Supervisor and Senior Manager after they thought everyone had left and were off the phone it is very clear how staff are perceived and treated. I'm sure everyone by now knows exactly what was said about the Service Desk.
