  • All call centers, whether inbound or outbound, on site or remote need unionization! We are on the cutting edge of this type of work and of course the trailblazers have it the worst. Absolutely no future or advancement. Incredibly high turnover. There are only at most 25 people at any given time it is that small. They operate out of the basement of someone's house. The address they give is a fake address. We are forced to tell donors we are calling from their office even if we live in another province. Very deceitful. Poor pay and long hours. Management is a clique (only 4 of them). No consistency at all between them. They are for profit so take a piece of the donations for themselves which doesn't seem very charitable at all! Waste of time!
