Glad to see the recruiters are still trolling every single site that bashes enterprise, which is basically any site that mentions the name.

My experience with feedback and more responsiblity is like asking your boss manager etc to exploit you even further, so that you can work harder backstab others, and then eventually get the same burn out rewards that everyone else gets, then the manager see's that your not running the extra 10 miles like before and you get the biggest boot in the butt out the door. All the others look on, laugh quietly to themselves and says he/she gets what was coming back around sucker.
