Things ran smoothly and everything was fine tuned. Work load was expertly administered. Training was more than adequate and easily available. The staff included some parasites, but, on balance and comparatively, it was good too: mostly conscientious, dedicated, reliable, and a credit to the company.

Nothing runs smoothly, unless managers stay out of it. More often than not the machinery you work with is poorly maintained, even to a level of it being dangerous to use and management continually threatens employees who turn in such safety concerns. Training is INadequate and once again the company makes attempts to violate not only the employees rights but direct orders from Transport Canada when it comes to ensuring people are training properly. This is a big deal when it concerns running a train carrying special dangerous commodities through highly populated areas.
