  • My experience with this company was traumatic. I was met with passive aggressive feedback, micromanagement, internal employee gossip (from the management team), withholding of benefits and expense returns, expectations to work on vacations.

    The company is constantly shifting their sales strategy, meaning they will add services that can not be delivered by current staff (either skillset or workload being the issue). Employees were expected to become experts in skills they were not hired for (with no provided training) - either get on board or get out.

    Their business ethics were extremely lacking, both in treatment of employees and clients.

    Steer clear of CIPR Communications.
