I have worked for this company for over 20 years and this is the worst time so far i have had. I am a very safe employee with an excellent work record but have never been recognized for it. Only thing at this company that gets recognized is your mistakes. Did i mention i sit on the health and safety committee. I feel trapped here and have to stick it out, too late to start over. (hh) cant leave soon enough and take his minions with him. Take it from me , you would be happier anywhere else. There is no pride in this job anymore and certainly no respect given to employees. You are a slave, this place is like a daily p.o.w. camp. Big brother is always watching, and he likes the satisfaction he gets from making people miserable.
