Any mistakes = suspension unless you have a office job. Yard shift are only allowed one 20 min break, on your feet running around for the rest of the day (up to 12 hours) train creww live a life of unknowns. Unknown how long a shift will be, how long from home,10 to 40 hours very common. Unknown if they find something against you and are suspended for the next month or more, or if you'll be able to work enough trips to make a decent paycheck. Have a upcoming wedding, grad,ect. No time off allowed, even with 6 mo.notice. I've even seen a bride denied yime off for her wedding

to the OP - even office workers get suspended, and like you guys, for the smallest of errors, oversights and sometimes for things beyond their control. I observed so many cases where working conditions created unavoidable errors, and the employees were harshly penalized. it broke my heart to see how good men and women were treated
