  • NB: I have only been with CAASCO for less than a year. Maybe a fresh perspective from a newer full-time employee.

    There appears to be some Entrenched Bitterness due to some recent (aka 1-2 year old) layoffs and firings. The people who remain are friendly people, possibly a hint of fearfulness for their careers as constant changes occur in my role and those around me. As a front-line employee i am undecided if my voice will be heard by management. So far so good. TBD
