  • A word of advice don't work here. Ineffective, entrenched, terrible management. Well, except for the insurance company which does not seem to need a VP. Guess the last one wasn't doing much of a job. The general tone is highly negative. Even though they try to market the company as a top employer. If you mention anything negative look out. You will be targeted. And the endless slagging of peers is very wearing. Especially given that it's mostly a way to cover up for a lack of competence on the part of many.
