  • A truly abysmal place to work. Sr management is a joke. Most are totaly unqualified for their positions, particularly the sewage king. He makes it up as he goes along, exaggerates accomplishments and endlessly self promotes. His "EDW" is a glorified sales reporting system. Which every company has had for decades.

    If the board of directors ever wakes up maybe they will notice; two insurance systems that cost millions with no benefit to the company. Just to make the new system work they had to hire a small army of finance people to get reports out. A CRM system that no one uses and cost millions. A multi million dollar investment in a travel company that has been written down by half. The rest should be soon. A multi million dollar investment in a travel system that after 4 years never got close to working. A muli million dollar investment in car care centers that lose huge money every year. The list could go on.

    And now management are looking at a huge investment in financial services. Wake up Board, management's only enduring track record is one of abysmal failure in any new venture. Let them sleepily run the no growth club, pray for the insurance market to remain as it is today, and travel, well it only bleeds a few million in the name of member value.
