No opportunity for raise for 5 years. No opportunity for benefits for 6 years. No opportunity for full-time for 5-7 years. High workplace stress.
    High risk job with high rate of injury.
    Thankless by both employer and public.
    Negative atmosphere.
    Hires anybody, including unqualified, problematic and sometimes mentally unstable individuals.
    Lacks properly trained payroll department to reliably pay employees.
    Clueless management have no connection with workers on the ground level.
    Run like a for-profit business.
    Solves interpersonal conflict by transferring recurrently problematic individuals to other work areas.
    Takes money out of worker paychecks for "donations" without consent.
    non-existent media department.
    Highly paid union that doesn't work.
