  • As everybody mentioned love the job, hate hate the employer, first when you are hired you have to either move or travel without any expenses paid off course, they make you feel like you should feel privileged to work for them, most of the stations $2 an hour while on call and most of the stations you can go days without calls... And yet the company treats you with absolutely no respect what so ever. You r absolutely not allowed to have any personal life, since they can make you work well over your shift hours and if you refuse for what ever reasons you are taking a chance to get fired, no benefits for 6 yrs, you have to wait for a full time position for unknown time usually min 6 yrs and for that you also have to move to lower mainland. There's 0 support of any kind... And specially if you are a part timer than you will be treated like piece of shit, by the company and full timers... You r absolutely nobody as a part timer, if there's a despite between you and full timer and even if full timer was in wrong, you are the one will take the blame.. There's uncertainty about anything and everything, you can get fired for anything. This is my worst ungrateful employer so far, Shame on you BCAS and PHSA
