• I have worked for Bee Clean for over 6 years, in that time they have hired new managers who really care about the job and the employee. New supervisors have been hired who do their job extremely well, the only ones whom seem to complain are the staffs that are not doing there jobs and are upset when they are written up for it.In regards to subs, I have seen a few in my time whom have been let go and for good reason, they sub contract work to their employees to get away without paying for overtime, benefits etc. They don't tell the employees what they will be responsible for their own deductions etc. Bee Clean has cleaned up these types of subs for the protection of the employee. Its no wonder that a lot of the negative comments are from subs who have been let go, I wonder if you were one of the offenders?   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• Do not get a job with this company! They underpay and overwork the employees. If they see it fit they will fire anyone even if you've been with them for years, there's no loyalty. Management has no backbone. Check your documents eg ROE for correct dates and don't sign anything until you've had time to review it and if needed seen by a lawyer. • I worked for Bee-Clean a number of years ago, and I was also one of the subs for the government buildings with another company after these guys lost it. Once they got it back, they told everyone that they would be keeping all the subs, but I found out from one of my staff who worked for these guys before that they were planning on not keeping me. I went in for my meeting with them on a weekend (conveniently after the old contract was up) and they said they got word that day they "had to keep all the buildings in-house". I later caught them in that lie when I went to retrieve my supplies and found one of their old sub-contractors in the building stocking it up. This company has a culture that fosters dishonesty and corruption. One of my buildings was a "problem building" and with these guys I know for a fact they were getting 10-12 complaints a DAY, due to one person in the building who will never be happy no matter what you do, and once we took over, the complaints rolled back to one per WEEK. Why they decided not to keep us, I will never know, but since they re-hired almost all the staff they had to let go when they lost the contract, I wouldn't be surprised if they lost this lucrative government contract again. I would recommend anyone who takes their job seriously to take a wide berth around this company, about the only good thing I can say about them is they never had a problem with my paycheque when I was an employee. Even though they have seen a lot of changes over the past few years in their managers, the new people have the same "lie to everyone" attitude that the old bosses did. • Bunch of crooks!!! I know this cause my dad was a manager there for 20+ years. I know how this company really works and trust me, i'd rather work for free then work for this company. The managers are all a bunch of crooks. I could name them all but i'll leave it to the universe to take care of the people who decided to make money off of other peoples hard work. • If you knew how much the company was making off the backs of their hardest workers, "the cleaners", you probably wouldn't believe it. It's really very sad. • bee clean is not a company you should work for.the hrs never change and yet your checks always fluctuate .supervisor for this region does hardley nothing .she gets her backups to do everything ,running her employes in to the ground .and yet takes the credit for everything .they are so high on family .but half the staff does not get time with their familys ,all of the staff in this region are looking for other jobs .bee clean does not treat or pay their employees what they are worth .i give them a 1 they are the worst company anywhere .   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• after working for bee clean in two different divisions i have come to realize that some parts of bee clean are better than others. it honestly depends on weather you supervisor enjoys what he/she does or not. i have had one supervisor who did not care much for her job and made life for the workers harder. when a co worker asked for time off to spend with her children during a time while they were out of school she was turned down. i experianced a time when i was extreamly sick and had a hard time getting time off of work. with my new division i find that the supervisors are more than willing to help make your schedual work with your personal life and around your family.   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• Bee Clean tries to come across as its all about the employee family first well that depends on your nationality ,i have seen hard working people who have given them many years of service,only to be told cant a ford it when asked for a raise.they always want more from the staff with less pay,same old story the the big guy at the top barks orders when they have NO idea how to clean them selves   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• It's like the less useful, less functional staff get endless free mistakes. They also get smaller work loads and areas to play around and hang out in. Meanwhile the normal fully functional contributing staff get days, hours, cuts while having more work piled up on them because the others hanging out and around aren't doing their fair share. They don't do much detailed work and their areas look sloppy. The normal staff do more detailed work and their areas look much tidier, but hardly gets any recognition, just a kick in the ass from time to time. • a bad experience for me=outdated paperwork re:old employee lists, no updated responsibility list, unhappy employees who actually do a good job, manager who relies on 'common sense' approach without any written-in-stone procedures, favouritism for ones who speak the same language to the point of more vacation time, minimum wage without increases for long-time employees regardless of contract renewals, 'married to the boss' scenario will NEVER be a good thing, just as much as making a new employee fell stupid simply because they apparently have no common sense. get your ass off that chair and do the work yourself then.   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• Even before the bugjet cutbacks, there seemed like a lot of staff turnovers. Some new staff leave after 1 day, others leave after 1-2 weeks, some leave after 2 months. Very few people stay past the 3 month new staff probation period. The only people who seem to stay 1+ years are those who have other job(s). They treat bee clean as a side job. For the others who need more pay and work hours, bee clean is a revolving door. The staff don't know who they will be working with as they keep coming and leaving. They don't know if the new workers will be fully functional or not. • They will take days and hours from you when they want more money. The work will stay the same, but not the hours. Some of their business competitors pay more wage. Staff don't seem to stay too long and then worker shortages lead to more work load with less time and resources. • The work days and hours have been massively cut back recently. The staff from various work sites say the same things. The cuts are not equal. Some people have no or almost no hours or days reduced. Other staff have reductions of 25, 30, 50, 60%. They are looking for other jobs or already have them. Some staff have leisurely relaxing work schedules and other have stressful over worked work loads.   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• WSI, Bee Clean's higher up contractor is cheaping out and Bee Clean and every over sub-contractor had been forced to cut work days and hours. There is now not enough time to do anything properly. Quality will decline because staff don't like working for free. If the time runs out, things will get left behind undone and it's too bad, so sad when the customers start to complain about falling work quality control. A few staff do slack work and take it easy with too much freetime while others have to rush around to do too much without enough time.   read complete rating Hide complete rating
