I have worked for this company for over 25 years and in the last 10 years I have never been treated with any form of respect , I find the office staff uses bulling tactics to get the worker to comply. I feel the management is not trained in any way to deal with clients or workers. . This company seems to take advantage of workers who speak english as a second language. I have stayed with the company due to benefits and 7 weeks holiday, but even that is not enough to keep me working for them anymore. Stay away from this company if you value a work/life balance, they will eat you alive! They say they have a policy on respect in the work place but when questioned on it they don't know what it is! If you are new to the work don't apply to Beacon RUN as far away as possible.i
