This company is illegally taking advantage of its "wardrobe specialists" by not allowing them to take ONE break on an 8 hour shift and by not paying them minimum wage standards issued by the government. This happened to me and many other sales associates working for this company. Auld Phillips Ltd sometimes attempts to save money by illegally paying its employees "starbucks" (store credits) instead of real money. The "wardrobe specialists" (including myself)are afraid to speak out because this company continuously threatens to fire those who stand up for their most basic rights. Please if you read this, do not apply to work for this company or support it.
